DELIVERY TIME

Products are delivered by post. 

Orders will be delivered to Posti within approximately 1-5 working days of the order. During high times when there are many orders, the delivery time may be slightly longer . Orders are mailed every weekday.

The delivery method is selected when ordering. You can choose letter delivery for small orders, larger orders are automatically delivered as a package.

The estimated delivery time for letters is approximately 4-15 days (more detailed information and delivery dates at www.posti.fi). 

We will not be held if the Post does not deliver the letters within the timeframe Promised by them.

The letters do not have a shipment ID, which means that they cannot be traced. 

If the order is in a hurry and you want a tracking code for it, we recommend choosing a package delivery.

Parcels are delivered by the post office in about 1-3 working days. Packages have a tracking ID that can be used to track their progress.

We are not responsible for delays or inconvenience caused by force majeure.

PAYMENT METHODS

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the Merchant. Paytrail plc is licensed as a payment institution.

You can pay for the order from the accounts of all Finnish banks, with Mobilepay or with an invoice.

Invoice and installation services through Paytrail are provided by OP, Walley and Jousto.

Please read the more specific terms for each finance company that you will see when you accept the payment. By accepting the payment, you are also accepting the terms and conditions of the finance company.

DELIVERY FEE

The delivery fee for packages is € 3.90 - € 7.90, depending on the size of the package.

You can choose to transport the package to the post office or parcel machine of your choice (Smart POST).

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Please contact us by email at info@babytuttifrutti.fi if you want to return the product.

Please do not ship the product until you have received a response and instructions for return from customer service.

The postage costs for the return must be paid by yourself.

Please note that custom orders do not have a right of return (eg your own color choices, name / text, product with your own dimensions).

The products have the right to exchange and return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your shipment. The product must be in its original packaging and forgotten

If the returned product is found to be used / unsaleable, the return has been made late (more than 14 days) or the return has been made in violation of the other return conditions mentioned above, the price will not be refunded or only part of the price will be refunded. 

UNREDIATED SHIPMENT

Non-Redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation.

For non-collected packages, we will charge a package Redemption fee and postage for any re-shipment.

Resending is agreed on a case-by-case basis.

We charge a handling fee of 5 euros for an unredeemed package.

We charge a fee of 10 euros for unredeemed order work (product with your own color wishes, size or name).

A Redemption fee will be charged for the amount returned to the customer.
